For 10 years I had been living between my couch and my bed, anything more was too exhausting. I felt like it was truly impossible for me to lose weight due to some personal health problems I had throughout my life. I always felt so tired and had no energy, most of my time was spent sitting or lying down. My desire to be a part of any family activity was gone and life was passing me by. I also wasn’t comfortable in my own skin and wore “tight-fitting” clothes (size 18/20). I refused to buy larger sizes, even though they would have been much more comfortable. Something needed to change and fast!
