“I have hit my goal weight but I still take the products because I love the energy they give me.”
My name is Sunny Rains. I have been overweight my whole adult life. In 2007 I got pregnant with my daughter Skyy, I got up to 200 lbs. I gained 84 lbs over the next 8 years bringing me to my heaviest weight of 284 lbs.
I went on a diet and started exercising. I lost 60lbs, but I felt hungry and tired all the time. I found a different company product and dropped 13lbs in a month. A month later they changed the formula and I gained it all back. I got back up to 270 in a matter of a year and a half.
On Nov 13, 2016, I found Truvision Health. My first week I lost 9 lbs.
On Nov 13, 2016, I found Truvision Health. My first week I lost 9 lbs. I didn’t lose any more than 3lbs for the rest of the month. I got really discouraged but decided to stick with it. I lost 11 more lbs the next month and 11 lbs the following. At this point, I had lost a total of 34 lbs in 3 months. I felt like I wasn’t losing fast enough, so I decided to use it as a tool instead of a crutch.
During my first 3 months, I lost 34 lbs. Once I decided I need to also do my part and eat better plus add exercise I lost a little more each month. Over the next 2 months, I lost a total of 30 MORE pounds. At this point, I was 5 months into my Truvision Health journey and had lost a total of 64 pounds.
I have continued to stick with things, taking my products consistently, eating healthy, and working out and as of March 13, 2018, I have lost 132 pounds! I have hit my goal weight but I still take the products because I love the energy they give me. I would rather spend the money on this than buying coffee or unhealthy energy drinks.
People ask me about me a lot about sagging skin. I giggle at it. I do have extra skin, but it doesn’t cause chafing so it doesn’t hurt. I wear it like a badge of honor because I worked hard to lose it. I can show people and remind myself how far I have come!
