When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
To cancel or return a subscription order, you must contact Truvy’s Customer Support team. Simply returning the product or refusing shipment is insufficient to cancel the subscription. You can call our Customer Support at 801-281-7420 or 855-213-TRUV.
To cancel or modify your subscription, you need to contact us at least two (2) business days before the subscription order is scheduled to be processed. If you do not want to renew a subscription, ensure you cancel it before the renewal date.
If you return an order, please note that all returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be coordinated through our Customer Support team to ensure proper processing.
By clicking "Place Order", you confirm your subscription and save order will be shipped within 2 business days and continue to ship monthly until canceled or modified. You authorize Truvy to charge your credit card on file on the same day each month before your order is shipped.
You can manage your subscription through the back-office under the subscription tab or via the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
