We're so excited to announce that our Truvy Fit app is getting a new name and design! Introducing SF5.

We have noticed tremendous success of our Strive For Five Challenge so we decided what the heck? Why not combine the two into one awesome, helpful, revolutionary app that is your ultimate fitness companion?! SF5 makes it easier than ever to live a healthier, happier life right at your fingertips.

What to expect:

• If you have the app downloaded, it will soon have a new name and logo, no need to download a new app
• Your old Truvy Fit app profile and information will still be saved to your account.
• Use the same login as before. The same login for the app and the Truvy Website.
• As of August 1, find it in the app store under SF5

Why the change?

• We’re leaning into the success of the Strive For Five Challenge so that it’s clear what you’re expected to do within the app.
